We hope that you love your purchases from Lions, Tigers & Bears, but understand that sometimes you may change your mind, or just not love your purchase when you have seen it in real life 🙁
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days, please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance for advice on how to return and to obtain your unique returns reference number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Tropic Skincare goods are the exception to this and are offered on a 30 day, no quibble guarantee, even if they have been opened/used – simply email [email protected] for returns instructions.
Several types of goods stocked on Lions, Tigers & Bears are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or drinks cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Made to order/custom products (unless they are faulty or do not match your original order)
To complete your return, we will require your original order number/confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
If for any reason, we reject your refund, we will notify you via the email address that you supplied when ordering.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
Once we have processed your refund, it can take up to 10 days to show in your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you would like to exchange your item simply return the unwanted item following our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you’d like. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account from the date we receive your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend obtaining proof of postage on all returned items.
