Kid A-Z provides a blend of essential nutrients to help support the requirements of children. This includes vitamins A, C and D, as recommended by the UK Department of Health to assist healthy child development.

Vitamin D supplementation is recommended for children over the age of 5 and is needed for normal growth and development of bone, whilst also contributing to their normal immune system function. Kids A-Z uses the preferred form D3 (Cholecalciferol) which is naturally produced by the skin when exposed to direct sunlight.
